From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others. I would always want to see the best in people and make sure they were ok before going on my way.
Music and the arts have always been a passion of mine. Music has helped me through all of my life so far, having songwriting and performing as an outlet, and a way of expressing my inner thoughts and struggles. When I found youth work and teaching, I realised that music not only help me, but it helped connect others; those who struggled to fit in and be understood anywhere else. The human connection with the self and with others changed my life, and the lives of the students and adults I worked with.

After years of working as a youth worker and music teacher, I took some time to soul search and after exploring various careers, I finally found my calling in Holistic Counselling, and I haven’t looked back since.

Young people have been my focus over the last 10 years, and I am dedicated to supporting those 12-20 that may need someone to talk to and share parts of life that are hard or confusing, and maybe feel they have no one else that understands. Being a teen is hard, some say it's the worst, but there is so much fun to be had, if we can just slow the nervous system down a bit, the possibilities are endless. I'd also love to hear what music you're into and what the best Switch game is!

Since becoming a mother, women's development has been another passion of mine. Finding the balance between all the expectations the world has of us, and the ones we put on ourselves. It seems near impossible, but I have found ways to better myself by doing little things each day.

I also have chronic invisible illness' and am neurodiverse, so in understand the difficulties of living in a world not made for people with disabilities, and have found ways to find peace and passion in my daily life.

I've developed my practice on how I wish my sessions with therapists had gone in the past; holding space for you to chat and drink tea, laugh and cry, and find out who you are. That may be just what you need.

If you’re wanting a little more, I can share a range of alternative therapies with you, such as crystal healing, meditation and oracle card readings, to help open your mind and your spirit, and help connect with your deeper self, while finding ways to fit true self-care into your already over-scheduled life.

Please get in touch if you have any questions about what I can offer.

I can't wait to meet you.
